Kat Wax offers a wide range of services including waxing, lash extensions, lash lifts, lash tinting, brow lamination, brow tinting, ingrown hair treatments, and skin brightening treatments.
We are able to take card, Apple pay, Google pay, Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp. With any card or Venmo payment there is a 3% processing fee.
Zelle or cash are the preferred payment methods. However we do not have change on site and exact change is required.
The preferred method for making an appointment with Kat Wax is online so that the required intake forms can be filled out and a card can be put on file (note that the card will not be charged to hold the appointment, just to have on file in case of cancellations or no shows). However, if you wish to not have a card on file you can text 925.456.4367 to make an appointment and send a deposit for 50% of the appointment to either Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp (note that either a card on file or a deposit is required to book an appointment). No exceptions.
Kat Wax is open all week from 8am to 7pm.
Yes! All services are available for anyone to book! The only difference for booking is when doing a brazilian/bikini wax. Due to the anatomy, we require a longer booking time so please choose the Brazilian (P) or Bikini (P) service.
The card on file will only be charged for cancellations, no shows, or if you request to use that card for to pay for you appointments. You can choose to not have a card on file but for each appointment we will require a 50% deposit for the intended services.
Yes, the intake forms are required for each client. They will only need to be filled out once for each treatment type and kept on file.
Pictures will only be taken with your consent and your signature on the Liability Intake Form. Without your express consent there will be no pictures taken.
All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advanced. Late cancellations and no shows will incur a 50% charge for the services to be rendered.
Appointments may be reschedule up until 24 hours before your appointment. There is a $20 service fee for any appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment.
There is a 5 minute grace period for each appointment. If you are in the lobby 6 minutes or later to your appointment then the appointment may be forfeit. Always try to communicate with Kat Wax if you are running late.
Please leave all guests in either the lobby or your car. We ask that you don't bring children to the appointment as it can be a safety hazard.
Kat Wax does NOT offer any refunds or returns under any circumstances. This applies to services and/or products. You may not obtain a credit for Kat Wax nor apply your total amount towards any other products or services at Kat Wax. Products that leave our building may not be returned back to our building under any circumstances. We reserve the right to uphold this policy.
You must be 13 or older to get any services at Kat Wax. If you are under the age of 18 then a parent/guardian must sign a consent form for services and be on the premises (not in the room) while the service is being provided.
